How to make payment

How payment can be made to secure your transfer

  • We can accept a credit payment if you wish to pay in advance for your transfer. The charge will be maybe our parent company Explore Inland Belize.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 
  • We will send you a PDF form or simply download it from the link below. Completely fill out the form for payment.
  • Once payment is made we will send you a receipt.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

How and when to cancellation a shuttle

  • To cancel a shuttle Simple email us no less than 48hrs in advance at [email protected] or call 011 501 669-3391
  • For cancellation within 48 hours Call or What’s App us at 011 501 669-3391.00
  • Flight delay – Simply email or call us about your flight to Belize delay. No extra charge will be applied to the price quoted, and we will be there waiting for you.

Cancellation when a Payment & Deposit was made.

  • Any cancellation made after a deposit was given, you must have a valid reason such as: Flight or hotel cancellation or medical emergency. You must show prove of such.
  • Transfer(s) that was arranged during confirmation, cannot be cancelled after the first transfer is completed. Cancellation during this time are liable to charges or are non-refundable.
  • If a cancellation is received within 48hrs and a deposit was taken, we may refund 50% of that deposit.
  • No refund is given for guests who did not show.
